Nelms & Nelms building gets a makeover
This is where we started, drab. Then we moved to better (center) and finally to fabulous (right). Notice that all the intricate detail work is cut in on the final photo where it had been left out before.
Painters covered the existing awning first and then scraped the building using a lift.
In the end, the Nelms building was made to be a compatible match to the Teefey & Teefey facade.
