Historic H.L. Jackson building rehab

At first the building was paritally blocked by an ornamental tree that grew too tall.
One cut down tree later, the old Epes Supply sign is removed from the facade.

The sign has been removed so it's time to move those ladders! Oops! Ladders and windows don't mix so we have a minor setback in the form of two broken windows above the entry door! Rats!!

The broken panes are replaced then the painters move in to do some powerwashing and priming.

The left photo shows the building in primer. On the right the lower vertical pillars are now painted.
The window trim hasnow been painted. On the facade architectural details are starting to pop out!
