Note that the transom windows were originally boarded up and the large showcase window panes were held in place by straps! All these issues have been addressed and others pointed out below.
The old electrical meter was removed from the building. These two storefronts will also get twin
quadrispherical black awnings and the upper level windows are slated to be replaced plus the
doors will be painted as part of the facade program. In short, we are only half way done so far.
