Antiques Mall Demolition phase
Demolition crew takes down the multi-colored dome awning first then start on the canopy.
Slicing off the canopy, exposes the Showcase windows and all the merchandise displayed! These three sections are what were the Old Blackstone Hotel. Soon, the vinyl wrap is coming off!
Workers take down the last section of canopy in front
of the Blackstone Antiques and Crafts Mall.
The canopy has now been removed. The Tavern street side was uncovered next.
The brick was bad on the Tavern St Side. Next the wrap comes off the first section of the Hotel.
The second section of the Hotel looks good...then OH NO..the brick is crumbling on the 3rd section!!
The unveiling proceeds and the rest of the hotel is uncovered revealing only one bad spot, whew!!
