Borums' Pre-bid Meeting, Friday, October 9th
If you happened to pass by West Broad between 10-10:30 this is the crowd you would have seen.
Today was pre-bid day for the Borum's properties soon to be rehabbed for apartments/commercial.
Ed Bowman of W.E.Bowman chats with another contractor. Debbie and Joe Borum were there too.
The various contractors seem very interested in this project and take copious notes.
Ed Moraney of Joe Yates Construction asks if there are any general contractors present.
Generals present included Emerald, Kenbridge, W.E. Bowman and Stoker construction!
The pre-bid meeting concluded around back where Mr. Moraney explained the work to be done. All bids are due at the office of the Town of Blackstone by next Friday, October 16th at 3pm.
