103 E. Broad new quadrispherical awnings
Perhaps the fanciest little awnings to go up in the historic district are the pair on 103 E. Broad Street. This small vacant office used to be home to a local podiatrist. Now that the building is adorned with these quadrispherical hoods, it looks like a cute little boutique.

Before stucco was applied, the entire building was stripped bare. The end result is impressive.

This is what we started with after stucco was done. Here we see one quadrispherical hood is up!

They wrestled with it for a little while but it didn't put up much resistance so they soon got'er done.
The Yancey's had a long wait but the finished product looks very upscale and adds a lot to the look and "feel" of downtown.
